Checklist to develop and realize meaningful yet realistic goals.
 
  • Mark all that apply.

    • SPECIFIC- Are your goals identifiable and is the desired change observable?
    • MEASURABLE- Do your goals have outcome criteria that can be evaluated?
    • ASIGNED- Is it clear who the owner of the goal is?
    • REALISTIC- Can your goals be achieved (which does not mean they have to be easy)?
    • TIME-BOUND- Do your goals have realistic deadlines?
