SMART Goals Checklist
Checklist to develop and realize meaningful yet realistic goals.
- SPECIFIC- Are your goals identifiable and is the desired change observable?
- MEASURABLE- Do your goals have outcome criteria that can be evaluated?
- ASIGNED- Is it clear who the owner of the goal is?
- REALISTIC- Can your goals be achieved (which does not mean they have to be easy)?
- TIME-BOUND- Do your goals have realistic deadlines?
