Benefits Review Plan Checklist

To be used when developing and approving the Benefits Review Plan. We suggest to submit a completed checklist as an appendix to the plan!
 
  • Mark all that apply.
    • Has consideration been given to whether dis-benefits should be measured and reviewed?
    • Does the plan cover all the benefits in the Business Case?
    • Does it describe suitable timing for measurement of the benefits, together with reasons for the timing?
    • Has the Project Board/Steering Committee confirmed that the Benefits Review Plan covers all expected benefits?
    • Are the benefits measurable and have baseline measures been recorded?
    • Does it identify all the skills or individuals who will be needed to carry out the measurements?
    • Is the effort and cost to undertake the benefits reviews realistic when compared with the value of the anticipated benefits?
