Don't try to be a superhuman/hero.

Everyone needs rest. If you need more and more time for your project activities there is clearly something wrong the way you plan your projects/activities. The same goes for your team. If your tema is required to do mor and more overtime that is an indication there's something not right.

Do something about it. It is not cool to force yourself and your team to work beyond the point of sanity. You need rest to stay focused. There is ample evidence that after a certain amount of hours worked the productivty and quality of work delivered drops signifcantly.

As a result of this see-me-I-am-working-a-lot-so-must-be-really-good behaviour you burn yourself out and you introduce more errors.

Can you afford that in the log run?

I thought so.
